Where do I drop off my luggage?
For Hotel to Airport and Hotel to Hotel, before leaving your Hotel, please kindly drop your luggage off at the Hotel’s baggage counter.
For Airport to Hotel and Airport to Airport (McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas),
For Terminal 1, after your arrival, please kindly pass your luggage at door #2 level 1 to our porter.
For Terminal 3, after your arrival, please take the elevator at door #54 up to level 1 door #49 to meet our porter.
Where do I collect my luggage?
For Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Hotel, upon arriving at your Hotel, please kindly collect your luggage at the Hotel’s baggage counter.
For Hotel to Airport and Airport to Airport (McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas),
For Terminal 1, please kindly meet our porter at the SpeedCheck kiosk (near American Airline ticketing) in the Departure ticketing area.

Why do I have to give you my hotel booking information?
We work closely with hotels to deliver a great service. We use this information to deliver your luggage at the concierge desk and therefore, the hotel needs it to verify that you are a confirmed guest at their facility.
What if I am carrying special items like a surfing board, skiing items or oversized luggage?
Yes, as long as total luggage dimensions are no more than 62 inches.
How do I request a luggage delivery?
You can download our application in the iOS App Store and request our services in the application.
How much does it cost for the delivery?
$35 for the first 2 bags, and $10 for each extra luggage.
What is the coverage area where the luggage can be delivered at?
At the moment, we only cover airports and hotels in Las Vegas & San Francisco.
My luggage got lost and the airline will send it to my hotel, can I get my money back?
Yes, the amount will be fully refunded, please whatsapp or email us a copy of the form which indicates that you lost your luggage.
Do you also provide shuttle to hotel?
No, we do not provide shuttle service to hotel.
Do I have to be at the hotel for my luggage to be dropped off?
No, we will drop the luggage at the concierge and send a confirmation via text to you for easy retrieval.
Is there a customer service line?
Yes, we have an SMS and Whatsapp hotline +1 (415) 996-6182 that you can message to get a prompt reply. (Please note that during non-operating hours, there might be delays in our reply.)
Do I have insurance for my bags?
No, but you can get it for $15 per trip and it covers up to $250.
